A day of Yoga in Oxford

A day of Yoga and Feldenkrais in Oxford, taught by Lisa.
A central principle – that yoga nurtures us when we pay attention to what we feel – will run through the day. This allows us to prioritise ease of movement and comfort even when practice requires some effort.
The day will include two x 1 hour Feldenkrais (Awareness Through Movement) lessons to inform the yoga being practiced as well as quiet periods of breath awareness and rest to allow us to absorb and integrate what we experience. As well as being a ‘learning through movement’ experience, students often find the combination of Feldenkrais and Yoga deeply nourishing and rejuvenating.
