An afternoon of yoga and Feldenkrais with Lisa

This afternoon workshop will consist of a 1 hour Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lesson followed by complementary yoga posture and breath work.
The theme of this morning will be decided shortly but, as well as being a ‘learning through movement’ experience, students often find the combination of Feldenkrais and Yoga deeply nourishing and rejuvenating.
The morning will include tea and home made snacks.
Note that the venue takes a maximum of 10 students, the small class size allowing for a quiet focus and attentive teaching.
