Feldenkrais and Yoga (extended class)

This extended evening class will consist of a 1 hour Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lesson and complementary yoga posture and breath work.
As well as being a ‘learning through movement’ experience, students often find the combination of Feldenkrais and Yoga deeply nourishing and rejuvenating.
The class will include a short break for refreshments.
Note that the venue takes a maximum of 10 students, the small class size allowing for a quiet focus and attentive teaching.
