1:1 lessons can be helpful if you are experiencing a specific movement difficulty, want to learn to live/move with more ease and comfort, want to improve performance, or are living with conditions that make it difficult for you to participate in group classes. Lessons are available in my dedicated space: the ‘Yoga Shed’, Portslade, Brighton.

Lessons can include the Feldenkrais Method with tailored individual instruction and/or hands on guidance, Yoga practice including breath awareness and mindful movement, or a blend of these. Contact me (see bottom margin of page) for further details or to book an appointment.
