In the week beginning Monday February 13th I continue my studies on the London Feldenkrais Training.
As such, there are no Monday Drop In classes on Monday 13 February 2017.
On Tuesday 14 February Judy Bow will teach my 6pm Drop In class at Unit4. Thank you Judy.
From Monday 19th December to Monday 2 January there will be no weekly yoga classes with me due to the Christmas break. I will however be available for 1:1 lessons over this period. Do get in touch if you would like a private lesson.
Note that Monday 2 January is a bank holiday.
Classes recommence on Tuesday 3 January 2017.

Most classes will not run during Autumn half term (week beginning 24 Oct). My Tuesday evening class at Unit4 that week (25 October) will run and will be taught by lovely Judy Bow. Those of you who attend will enjoy her teaching I am sure – thank you Judy.

The Monday evening yoga class that I have taught for many years at South Portslade Community Centre has moved to:
Bernard Norris room, First Floor of Portslade Town Hall, Victoria Road, Portslade, BN41 1YF

Time 6.15 – 7.30 pm
Portslade town hall has its own car park with free and plentiful parking and the Bernard Norris room has recently been refurbished with, most importantly, shiny, new, radiators!
This is a drop in class with an informed and sensitive approach to yoga. All welcome.
From September 2015 I will be teaching a small Teen Yoga class (max 8 students) in my Yoga Shed in Portslade. These classes will introduce students to the relationship between mind, body and breath with a non-competetive approach to Yoga that can help ease discomfort, improve strength, flexibility and co-ordination, and develop self understanding. Classes will include yoga postures, movement sequences, breath awareness and relaxation.
Time: Wednesdays, 4.45 – 5.45
Cost: £7 per class paid in advance as a block booking of four classes.
