A morning of yoga, Brighton

During the morning we will play with folding, extending, turning and bending the spine, noticing our ease and range of movement and the effect on our breathing. We will have time not only for movement and asana practice but also for periods of quiet sitting, breath awareness practices and relaxation. We may, eventually, discover a better balance of bones when upright – both in standing and sitting – and an easy, nurturing breath.
Suitable for those with two or more years experience of yoga, the morning will include a short tea break.
