Saturday Morning Extended Class

Relax, breathe and expand your movement potential, your thinking and being in this extended in-person class informed by both Feldenkrais and Yoga.
This class is suitable for those with 2 or more years of Yoga and/or Feldenkrais experience. Feel free to arrive from 15 minutes before the start time. You are welcome to bring your own mat, blanket and props although these are also available to use at the studio.
This class takes place in Studio 1 at Unit4 Brighton. Studio 1 is a dedicated movement space, bright and warm, with good ventilation.
