Summer YogaShed Urban Retreat Day 3

Attend to yourself with kindness: relax, breathe and move with ease in these small group in-person classes drawing on Scaravelli informed yoga and the Feldenkrais method.

Through a combination of Awareness Through Movement and Yoga each morning will address a movement theme or function with a view to improving self awareness and comfort and expanding movement potential. As well as being a ‘learning through movement’ experience, the combination of Feldenkrais and Yoga can be deeply nourishing and rejuvenating.

These classes take place in my garden studio, the YogaShed, in Portslade. The YogaShed accommodates a maximum of 8 students, the small class size allowing for a quiet focus and attentive teaching.

Tea and home-made snacks will be provided for ‘elevenses’.

The YogaShed is very close to Fishersgate and Portslade train stations and bus routes 1 and 1A and there is free parking on my road.
