Saturday Morning Workshop with Lisa: movement transitions

In movement it is often the process of organising oneself for changes in position –  transitions – that could benefit from some attention and refinement so that we move with more grace, comfort and enjoyment.

In this workshop we will investigate, through playful exploration, the process of ‘getting where we want to be’. 

Some of these explorations will feel calming and soothing, others more dynamic and exciting, and fun!

This workshop is suitable for those with a minimum of two or more years of Feldenkrais or Yoga experience.

Refreshments and homemade snacks will be available at the mid-morning break.
