From September 2015 I will be teaching a small Teen Yoga class (max 8 students) in my Yoga Shed in Portslade. These classes will introduce students to the relationship between mind, body and breath with a non-competetive approach to Yoga that can help ease discomfort, improve strength, flexibility and co-ordination, and develop self understanding. Classes will include yoga postures, movement sequences, breath awareness and relaxation.
Time: Wednesdays, 4.45 – 5.45
Cost: £7 per class paid in advance as a block booking of four classes.
